Hi, I’m Andrea!
I am an associate designer on IBM’s Client Engineering team based in Chicago, Illinois. As an innovation designer, I lead design thinking workshops with a cross-dimensional team of sellers and technical folks to uncover client pain points and rapidly solve complex business problems. I synthesize client insights and requirements using contemporary methods and tools to define the scope and craft unique user experiences.
I have two degrees from the University of Michigan in Psychology and Information, focusing on User Experience Design. My passion for user experience design stems from my combined interests in psychology and technology. I love to create enjoyable and efficient user experiences driven by curiosity and research.
